This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of France and the European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679), and will be interpreted in accordance with the French courts. The below listed words define :

- 'Mobile application', 'mobile app' or 'app' : the mobile application Pro Credit Card Reader NFC and all its screens.
- 'Publisher' : Julien MILLAU, the legal or natural person responsible for editing and publishing content on the app.
- 'User' : the person using the app.

This privacy policy informs you of the commitments the app publisher is taking in order to respect your privacy and protect the personal data collected and processed when using the app, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

This app does not require any user registration or account creation.

You may at any time make a request in order to know what personal information is held about you, to object to its treatment, to edit or delete it by contacting the app publisher at this address : android@julien-millau.fr.

This app does not require any user account or registration. No personal data is transmitted to the publisher or any third party.

The app reads public data from NFC banking cards compliant with the EMV norm. All NFC card data read by the app is stored exclusively on the user's device (local storage). No data is sent to external servers.

The app does not have any internet access permission. Therefore, it does not transmit any data and does not use any third-party services (advertising, analytics, etc.).

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the legal basis for the local storage of NFC card data on the user's device is the legitimate interest of the user, who wishes to read and consult the public data of their NFC banking card.

No data is collected or processed by the publisher. All processing occurs locally on the user's device.

The sole purpose of the app is to read public data from NFC banking cards and store this data locally on the user's device for consultation. No data is transmitted externally.

In accordance with the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22), you have the following rights regarding your personal data :

- Right of access (Article 15) : you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed
- Right to rectification (Article 16) : you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data
- Right to erasure (Article 17) : you have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18) : you have the right to obtain restriction of processing
- Right to data portability (Article 20) : you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you may exercise these rights at any time by deleting the data within the app or by uninstalling the app.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL - Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) at www.cnil.fr.

Since all data is stored exclusively on the user's device, the user is solely responsible for the security of their device and the data stored on it. The publisher does not have access to any data stored by the app.

The user is advised to take appropriate measures to secure their device, including but not limited to the use of a screen lock, encryption, and keeping the device operating system up to date.

All data read by the app from NFC banking cards is stored locally on the user's device only. No data is transmitted to or stored on external servers.

The data is retained on the device until the user deletes it within the app or uninstalls the app. Upon uninstallation, all app data is removed from the device.
